update you

we took hazel on another campout, and this time she did SO well, she slept perfectly and we were very cozy despite the freezing weather.


the other day I went to check on hazel, she had been playing in her crib and this is what I found, a sleeping babe.




Hazels hair is growing SO much every day, this photo was from a few weeks ago, you can get the idea of what it is like up close..

We have been making lots of things, here is some of what we have been working on (hazel was kind enough to model):

No baby yet. but I did find out that if she comes out on/or/after her due date she will weigh 9+ pounds.

So.. yesterday I had a Dr.'s appointment, and on my way out she said that I should sign up for an appointment next week.. but that she would be surprised if she didn't see me again before then!??!!!

yeah it freaked me out a little bit. but I hope so bad that she comes soon because I know that she is going to be so much FUN! ha. plus, I am so sick of being pregnant, even work feels like torture, and all I do is sit here surfing the internet in a comfy chair. hmm maybe comfy is the wrong word? yeah, I have not felt comfy in over 2 months.

anyway cross your fingers that everything goes okay. We have one more shower, on Thursday then we will be 100% good to go.

sleepy?

SO-- the countdown continues... its something like 24 days left. yes that is right 3 weeks from now we will be proud owners of a NEWBORN!! ha ha yippie. and hopefully it happens even sooner.. i am growing just a little bit weary of all this pregnancy stuff.

ahh paradise= our new baby humidifier.. ha ha we have been getting EVERYTHING set up for this little babe, and we are testing everything as we go. Last night I hooked up this little angel, and I have never slept so nicely. no joke I have had a sore throat for months, and it magically cleared it all up. I love you my new baby humidifier! get one here.

baby dreams

okay so everyone always tells me that when you are pregnant you have these crazy vivid dreams that you have freaky animal children and things like that. . . well I have not had any of those, and I have been so happy.. I think I would freak if I ever dreamed that I had a baby cat (I HATE CATS!)

But I've been kind of freaking out because I have not had ANY dreams about this little girl. I think that it is because I don't know what to imagine. I have such a hard time fathoming really having a child, so i cant visualize myself with her.. I don't know..

But last night I finally dreamed about her! It was SO weird.

~She was smashing her knees into the top of my belly, and I thought it was so cool, so I went to show my mom. My mom was so excited because she was pushing SO hard that we could see through my belly and see her fingernails and toenails. We were touching where she was pressing, and her little tiny hands and arms popped out of my belly!! ahh ha ha. it was so cool, then she slammed her face against the top of my belly and her face came out!! she was SO cute. And it was like she was in a baby carrier, instead of my belly. And the rest of my pregnancy she had her head popped out, and her little arms waving away on the sides of my belly. ~

Freaked out yet?! ha ha. It was a little weird. Anyway I am SO excited because next week I am going on VACATION!!!

49 days to go!!!

I can't believe it! I am so excited to get her here... I can hardly stand it. I am getting a little sick of getting kick and punched constantly.. like for example, right now, as I'm sitting here typing this (conveniently, while I am at work) she is jumping up and down on my hip bones. Life is so exciting. here is the latest version of what were dealing with (!):

It looks so cute when its short, I just wanted it long because I know it will start to dive me insane once I have the baby.

what a name...

okay so we have been having THE HARDEST time trying to think of a name for the little wiggler. first we thought hazel for sure, then i got nervous.. since then we have been test-driving tons of different names. The only problem is that Trevor and I can't agree with one name. He LOVES Rainey, and I LOVE Maisy... we both like hazel, tennessee, harper, and maggie. . the one name that we both LOVE for this little girlie is. (drum_roll___)

we have been exceptionally busy the past few weeks.

trevor is in full time school, and full time working...

and i have just started working for Nu Skin... so i have been training non stop for the past couple of weeks.

we've got the baby room all set up, and were just trying to narrow down the name list.

Finaly done!

today was the first day of my life out-side of school!!! I finished my LAST final last night. WOO HOO!! I am so relieved to be done!! now Its time to start my real life.. ha ha. This semester I took a floral design class that was SO much fun.. i made this Christmas center piece a few weeks ago, its starting to look a little shaggy. ha . . I also took a 3d design class where I made this amazing table. . almost all by myself, trevor had to help with several disasters! we also got to go up to midway to a little church that had all these beautiful versions of the nativity, and we ended up dressing up with our friends, the Hayes family.

we have been busy..

okay so the beehive bazaar was really fun! I didn't sell too many statues, but me and trev had so much fun making them! we have also been working on painting the baby room... WHITE. which is totally not like us at all.. ha but we will be filling it with so much color, that it seemed like a good idea to make it white.. we'll post more photo's of the finished product. We bought Hazel a bunch of cute stuff from the beehive bazaar. . it is so fun to shop for her!! We have been busy registering for baby stuff at Target, as well as BabysRus.

birthday weekend..

work day!

today trev and I spent the day completing projects for school. I was working on welding a chair.... and it was the scariest thing I have ever done in my life.. so, I made Trevor do it for me! ha, I was probably not the best teacher, as I have only welded once, and I was screaming the whole time, (also I welded the pieces upside-down!) anyway Trevor picked it up in no time, and he fixed all my mistakes. Trev was also working on a birthday present for his papa, as well as making a few panels, for painting on! It was a very productive Saturday!
